    During the maintenance window, two devices will be upgraded. Each device is expected to cause approximately 10 minutes of service interruption while it is upgraded.

    Customers with redundant services should only experience impact to one service at a time.

    Although the maintenance window is scheduled for two hours, the expected outage per device is approximately 10 minutes, and services will be restored as quickly as possible once upgrades are completed.
